With the strategy recombination of asset in the field of Chinese petrol-chemical and the entrance of china to WTO, it has changed the old facet of monopolization and formed the new one of competition. This thesis studied the development of mainland's petroleum market with the help of Port's "five key actors" model, and studied the environments of "Petro-China" by means of SWOT, then showed its opportunities, threats, strenthes and weaknesses. I analyzed the market situation of "Petro-China", the tendency of development in future and determined the selection of marketing strategy. Also I analyzed the marketing strategy of BP, and pointed out the significance to Petro-China.I hope my thesis useful in the field of petroleum chemical enterprises, and can help these enterprises enhance their competitive.
