In Lingnan Corporate Governance Structure

On the basis of the contrast of the nature of corporate governance among America , the Great Britain , Japan , Germany and South-Estern countries , and of the China's status of corporate gorernance , the paper deeply analyzes the China's corporate governance by combining management theories with empirical research cased on Shen Zhen Zhong Jin Ling Nan Nonfemet Company Limited.During the setup of the modern enterprise systerm , the LingNan attempt to diversify the stock ownerships , to perfect corporate legal person governance , to optimize corporate organization and construct incentive-limitation system so that to increase the company's competitition . However , there still are some problomes which trouble the compony's development such as the unsuitable stock ownership , obscure ownership and bad wage system etc .
