As a energy electricity power is the basis of the whole economy development . Since implementation of the policies of reform and opening to the world , the electrical power industry has developed rapidly. The separation of government and enterprise and the separation of plant and grid have isolated the old electrical power bureau to many market subjects that can manage themselves. The progress has also made the competition among the market subjects more and more serious. As a reformed electrical power company XingTai company must convert notions and management systems to establish own advantage over its competitors in order to have a solid basis on which to take part in on-grid-price-competition with history burden on back and embarrassing modern power companies. The power product strategies provided in this essay meet the need of time and it can direct the company to develop in a right way without unnecessary loss.The essay consist of six sections , the first is preface, it diagnoses the main problems of the on way power product strategies ; the second is the outer environment analysis of XingTai company; the third is the analysis of competing capabilities of the company including the analysis of main competitors and the comparison among them; the fourth is the formation of the new power product strategies and four strategies are made on the base of analysis; the fifth is the implementation of the strategies; the last is conclusion.The essay excavate deeply the valuable resources and capabilities and provide the electrical power product strategies such as to extend production scale, to reform the management system, to improve sale strategies and to enhance the vertical cooperation and so on, certainly being combined with industry policies, economical development and electrical industry reform and development.With the limit of time and space the essay has only discussed several outstanding problems. It is impossible to have no inappropriate and omitted section. I am going to study more extensively similar questions in the future.
