The CRM program is made out according to customers. Because of the broad market, the company determines to plan to develop CRM project to commercial common software. At the same time, the company will work out the developing plan of program on management, production, marketing, financial management and other aspects according to the existing business situation.This paper consists of three parts, the first part is introduction, the second part is the case, and the third part is the analysis of the case.The foreword introduces the purpose and structure of the paper.Firstly, the case part introduces the basic situation of development course, organization, and existing business, human resources, finance of the Company and describes the background information about CRM program. Then the author will elaborate on the organizing management, research and development, marketing and finance specifically and objectively.The analysis part expounds from two parts: one part involves the statistic aspect of the plan: First, the author will analyze the combination of the business and the location of the program's development, and the company will also evaluate the program's measure and the CRM marketing trade with the application of the theory of Product Life Cycle and Five Power Model of Industry Competition Mold, then take the SWOT analysis on this program. At last, the author will have the risky analysis and economic evaluation on this program. The other part involves the establishment and execution of the specific measure, the author will analyze the CRM program from organizing framework, capital management, quality management and marketing.
