This make the development of global medicine industry always keep a super-speed. In developed countries, medicine industry is always one of the most important industries of national economy. The medicine industry of Yunnan province also obtained the outstanding score within last few decades. With China entered the WTO, the medicine industry is confronted with more opportunities and challenges. The province of Yunnan has the special geography advantages and abundance bio-resource in developing the medicine industry.Under the modern market economy, enterprise must obtain the advantage in vigorous competition to survive and develop. To reach this goal, enterprise should not only keep the system of production run well, but also keep the ability of innovation to meet the challenges. Management innovation is the method to strength the management of enterprise. If the new theory of management innovation can be used to the pharmaceutical industry of Yunnan province, which can strength the competitive advantage, making medicine industry of Yunnan province becomes another advantage industry after tobacco industry.This thesis tries to explain the theory of management innovation and its practice, combination the present condition of enterprise and its development direction, investigates the counter plan of Yunnan medicine industry to increase the competitive advantage of medicine industry and its pharmaceutical enterprises.
