Terrorist Crimes

This article is composed of following 4 chapters with about 30, 000 characters.Chapter I briefly introduces and compares some concepts related to the crime of terrorism from different position. The classification of contemporary of the crime of terrorism is also introduced in this chapter.Chapter II introduces actuality and developing trend of international and domestic crime of terrorism, and distinguish the traditional crime of terrorism from up-to-date crime of terrorism.Chapter III introduces and generalizes legislation of the crime of terrorism of external and internal. The author points out that the criminal law of our country and its bill of amendment III existing some drawbacks and suggestions were give in this chapter too.Chapter IV is the key part of this article. In this chapter, the author deduces that the "creating panic atmosphere" is the criminal intend of the crime of terrorism through the analyzing of the subjective elementsof crime. The author also generalizes and analyses the attributions and patterns of behavior of the crime of terrorism and point out that the behavior pattern includes violence and un-violence pattern such as dangerous mode, menacing mode. Also in this chapter, the author explicates the criminal object and distinguish the organization of crime of terrorism between other common criminal organization.
