China's Social Security Fund Investment System, Risk Research

The concept of the social security, the social security fund, and the modern investment combination theory are firstly discussed in the dissertation. The situation of the China capital market is concluded by exercising the qualitative and the quantitative method.The main part of the dissertation is composed by two parts. The one is the main investment situation of the social security fund. Along with the reform of the social security in our country, and compared with the characteristic of "oncoming and transition" in china capital market, this part analyzes the situation of the social security fund around coming market by quantitative method, and in favor of the long-term investment strategy. Finally, It confirms that we should evaluate the investment with reason.Compared with the successful foreign experience, and considering the actual situation in our country, the second main part brings up some advises, such as constructing the capital market, confirming the supervision right, and adjusting the investment ratio and method. In brief, the comparison method is mainly used in this part.
