Research Governance Transformation Of Our Government System Platform

In the 70's and 80's of the 20th century, to rise to the challenge of globalization, informationalization , overstaffed organizations and the ineffectiveness of traditional mode of administration, many governments in the world, including Western countries, East Asian governments and Chinese government, set off a wave of administrative reforms characterized by governance transitions. When we see clearly the theory and practice of their governance transitions, a conclusion can be drawn, that is, institutional efficiency is more important than any other ones over a long period of time. The promotion of the institutional efficiency, for China, mainly depends on whether we have the perfect institutional bases of modern governance which are composed of a limited government, a government based on the rule of law, a poly-centric self-governance, a democratic government. Therefore, continuous governance transitions are of far-reaching theoretical significance and important current significance for the sustainable development of China in the 21th century, if we are devoted to seek the effective ways and the institutional arrangements of the institution of the institutional bases, by taking advantage of the superiority, getting a clear understanding of the obstacles and then clearing away them.
