Study On Development Of County Economy In Henan Province

The grand targets about all-round well-off society in first 20 years of this century were put forward by CCP during 16th NCCPC. These targets are not only inspiring, but also will be realized by hardworking .The intra-county economy is a regional one which has developed very slowly and whose population and economic gross occupy large proportion in our country's economy. Its development in future will affect to a large extent the build progress on all-round well-off society. How to develop and how to develop intra-county economy are particularly concerned by all levels of governments, especially many local governments. It is favorable for us to study intra-county economy because we can understand these conditions of intra-county economy, find out some laws of intra-county economy and put forward some advices of further accelerating intra-county economy.In this text ,I thoroughly analyze conditions and problems of intra-county economy and make use of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis to induce 109 counties into 3 sorts so as to analyze these characters. According to these conditions , 7 development models are summed up. Meantime, main economic indexes in first 20 years in this century are predicted. I give some economic indexes which will be realized in advance, which will be realized according to schedule and which will be realized. In the end , on the basis of analyzing development opportunities about intra-county economy , development policies about intra-county economy are provided including six aspects.Totally, compared with the national economy or average level of the whole Henan province, Henan's intra-county economy still has some prominent problems, for example , its population is large and occupies much proportion , its economic foundation term is worse, the speed of development is lower than urban economy , agriculture economy is weaker, income level of most farmers is low and is enhanced slow, finance income and expenditure are very difficult. That these problems are not solved or solution is not well will affect the progress on all-round well-off society in Henan province, influences promotion of the total economic power in Henan province and even delays achievement of mid region's rising and leading location among the central section and western region. Therefore, according to our own conditions, we should choose these models which are fitted to intra-county and are helpful to releasing energy of intra-county economy by deepening innovations or opening to outside, we should boost harmonious development by developing industry, agricultural industrialization and urbanization .There are there innovations in this text, they are as follows: First, Hierarchical Cluster Analysis is used to induce 109 counties into 3 species on the basis of analyzing average indexes and structure and proportion indexes .Second, according to < , I predict the economic main indexes of intra-county economy in first 20 years this century, and analyze conditions of main economic indexes which quadruple themselves .Third a few of development models are provided.
