WJ company won the bid of LXM that is a lager residenceM community construction in Jul,2003. In recent years, Shanghai's urban constructions are advancing very rapidly with the development of national economy. Because these kinds of project are large-scale and tight-schedule, their management have considerable difficulties to some extent. Thus I conduct a comprehensive analysis on LXM.Considering my research objective is project item, I take an overall eye on project's basic situation, contract, construction arrangements, budget evaluation and cost control on the basis of its characteristics. Used the skills of SWOT ,the article also list the advantages and disadvantages, especially on negative factors, to submit suitable suggestions. To further my study on the key issues in general contract, I point out the frequent trouble of management staffs' lack of understanding as well as systematic management. According to LXM's fact, I pay a special attention on its construction details such as temporary facilities. water and electricity arrangement. At last but not least, my research on LXM's budget evaluation and cost control are also deep and worthy.A lot of practical data and forms can give pragmatic help for on-the-spot management staffs to supervise LXM. Meanwhile, they are availed for alike projects' reference.
