Nowadays internal terrorism comes from splittism and extreme religious power at Xinjiang and Tibet Autonomous Religion, it threats the stability and prosperity of the area. This article analyzes the features and origin of internal terrorism mainly about East-turk terrorism force, the possible trends it will has, expounds its history and provides preliminary suggestions on how to prevent and control the crime of internal terrorism.This article consists of four parts, which are as long as about forty thousand words.Part I is an overview of terrorism. This article, first of all, provides the definition of the crime of terrorism, Then it summarizes major classify of the crime of terrorism according to its origin and motive. Finally, part I introduces the general situation of the crime of terrorism at home and periphery areas in order to recognize the crime of terrorism all-sidely.Part II is about the characteristics and source of internal terrorism. The author analyzes features of internal terrorism from six respects: (1)specified organizational trait; (2)intense criminal aim; (3)cruel means on crime; (4) diversified criminal act; (5)the dual nature of object encroached on; (6)tochoose criminal time. Then the author explains the root of internal terrorism as to international background, thought source, economic source,i.e.PartIII covers some possible trends of the crime of internal terrorism which will grow. Before studying criminal trends, the author observes the history on internal terrorism covering its origin and development, on the basis of its history, analyzes the new tendency of the crime of internal terrorism in future. The article coves the following five points: (1)pushing on the problem of East-turk to realize internationalize; (2)realizing Five-unity of the criminal organization; (3)strengthening armed confrontation on criminal acts; (4) having new features in the form of this crime; (5)committing crime more secretly and improving criminal skills.PartIV deals with some suggestions on how to prevent and control the crime of internal terrorism. Above all, the author discusses an-ti terrorismmeasures in foreign countries. Secondly, as to fighting with terrorism measures, the author anal sizes the state at present in the home. Finally, the author puts forward the following suggestions in the aspect of fighting with terrorism: making special laws on fighting with terrorism; perfecting the institutions of fighting with terrorism; improving the concerted mechanism of fighting with terrorism; constructing systematic intelligence and information agent on fighting with terrorism; improving the detective level of cases on terrorism; constructing and perfecting system on preventing and controlling crime of terrorism; forcing superintend in financial field; increasing technology on an-ti terrorism; reinforcing to propagate the ideas on fighting with terrorism and control news media.
