With the rapid development of China' s economy in these years, China is more attractive to multinational company. After taking part in WTO, China market is becoming more important in the globe marketing strategy of the multinational company. How to adapt to the transform of China market is a key problem to every multinational company. Now the 90% goods are in the situation of supplies surpassing the demands, so the marketing strategy' s success is directly relative with total strategy to the multinational company in China. The multinational company' s marketing strategy is the subject of this passage based on this situation. Wuxi Matsushita Refrigeration Co. Ltd is one core subsidiary company of Matsushita Company in China. First, this article summarizes the theories and primary research orientations about marketing management and transnational marketing though reading a lot of articles. After analysis this company' s sales performance these years, find the analysis emphases in this article. Second, based on the marketing process, analysis aboutproduct, price, place and promote strategies, study this company' s China marketing strategy. And then, find the cause which the company false in China marketing these years.This passage tries to find the lost reason in marketing activities of this company and Matsushita Company by analyzing this company' s marketing strategy. It concludes the experiences of Matsushita (China) Company in marketing activities and provides feasible suggestions to the company' s marketing strategy.According to the finding, it gives some available adjusting plans for the company' s marketing strategy, and estimates these plans. The conclusion of this research will be general means, which will provide the reference for every company that will compete or cooperate with multinational company.
