| Z City Electricity Company is a branch of Electricity Company of W Province, which is a typical state enterprise. Since it was set up, the staff training management of the enterprise was always adopting the traditional model of the state enterprises, which is very perishing and has become an obstacle to the company's development Since 2001 year, Z city has redesigned the model of staff training. Grounding on these, the paper analyses the design and implement of the staff-training model of Z City Electricity Company. Through these work, this paper would research how to build an effective training system in a state enterprise.This paper analyses the design and implement of the staff-training model of Z City Electricity Company, uses the modern theory of management, uses the method of system research and comparing research, analyses the old model of training management and the process of designing new training-management model.This paper has finished the following works. First, though the paper has researched training reform of Z City Electricity Company, comparing with advanced training ideas in the world, it discusses the suitable training system for the state enterprises of China. The second, though it mainly research the design and implement of the staff-training model of Z City Electricity Company, its purpose is to continuously amend the system that is operating in the company and in the end it forms a perfect system, including the effective training system, various kinds of incentive system and internal mechanism of training etc. The third, grounding on summarizing the experiences of design and implement of the staff-training model of Z City Electricity Company, this paper puts forward the inspirations to the other state enterprises.This paper gains following conclusions. The key of building effective training system in state enterprises is providing theory supporting, combining training and wage and employing people, formulating the rational target of training. |
