Nowadays, Chinese business enterprises affront more furious market competition and fierce knowledge-based economy ages after entering into WTO. The key of success or failure of the business enterprise is the quantity and the level of the human resource that it own. As the important part of the business enterprise human resource, the personnel of the marketing is in the prominent position in business enterprise production and participation in the market competition process. Taking a wide view of the development process of the domestic and international successful business enterprise and the present condition of the human resources development, the value degree of training personnel for the marketing is far higher than training the other manager. Hence, the modern training theories for leading, enhancing the marketing personnel's training; continuously optimizing and updating its knowledge structure and contents; improving its skills and abilities raised continuously; and changing its idea and attitude are quite necessary for a business enterprise to adapt society and economic development. It is also the problem that should be farsighted considering, building up the real strength and raising the market competition ability. It is the finally end-result for nowadays' business enterprise management that to take market as a lead and to take people as the bases. Marketing personnel training , as the core component of human resources development, benefically exploration and attemptation was carrying out numerous domestic and international business enterprises on the different degrees. Whereas, because of the restrict of various subjective and objective factors, most business enterprises in our country still have many problems to further resolve in the process of carrying out marketing personnel training. Such as the training principle is not clear, the training target is not explicit, the training contents lack of pertinence. These phenomenon and still formal training is widespreadly exist. Especially, training was not completely considered from the need of business enterprise marketing strategic and the angle of personal development of marketing personnel. It makes training and the actual work request dislocated. There are also some business enterprises that lack scientific and normative operation system in the process of carrying out marketing personnel training. Particularly a series of problems such as training effect valuation that is related marketing personnel's training whether or not valid, not yet cause the enough emphasis. It makes training difficult to reach anticipated effect. In the last few years, along with the vigorous domestic electrical appliance market's competition gradually, the business enterprises attach importance to the marketing personnel's training more and more. The domestic large electrical appliance enterprises make untiring investigation and innovation in turn to forming different training modes for different marketing personnel. At present, there is much research literature for marketing personnel in our country, but the article specializes the research for large electrical appliance enterprise's marketing personnel not much. This text trying to do research on the Kelon group's marketing personnel training, discovers its advantage and characteristic, and puts forward improving thinking to its localization, and hope that it will draw lessons from the meaningto the large electrical appliance enterprise's marketing personnel's training. First, the text depicts the research background of this paper, simply introduces the whole condition of the Kelon company and the marketing organization and the marketing personnel, describes the actualities development of the electrical appliance profession, and points out the necessity, importance and special of marketing personnel training compared with other profession.
