Xi'an Eco-city Pattern, Evaluation And Development Of Countermeasures

The eco-city is the human settlements in which society and economy and nature can harmonious develop, substance and energy and information are using in high efficiency, and its basic establishment is self-contained, its overall arrangement is reasonable, and it has benign ecological circulation. The ecological city's building provides a feasible method for solving the city problem and building ideal human settlement and human society's sustainable development's implement. At present, the research of ecological city has become one of the foreland and hotspot task in the city science and urban planning research in our country.Analyzing conception, essence and connotation of eco-city, this paper looks back on the study process eco-city of domestic and abroad, and considers the relations between region and city and ecology limit problem and two foreland problems of eco-city study. In China's eco-city study, theory is not connected to practice.Taking Xi'an urban eco-system as study object, analyzing eco-system basic element, this paper finds out existing problem of Xi'an eco-system, analyses the condition of constructing Xi'an eco-city, provides theory gist and developing strategy for Xi'an eco-city construction.This paper analyses pattern of Xi'an urban eco-system in two backgrounds. One takes Guanzhong region as background, analyzing its support function to Xi'an eco-system in the facet of ecology, economy and energy sources, the other takes Xi'an city area as boundary, divides Xi'an eco-city system into ecology protecting district, ecology controlling district, ecology harmonizing district to provide support for divisional admonition.In the measurable evaluating Xi'an eco-city building, united the AHP and dim mathematics, by computing, then find Xi'an is in the stage of weak ecological evolvement, and the urban eco-system is developing along the benign direction, the construction of eco-city is facing the truth that the base is badly, and the jump-off point is low.To implement the harmonious development between human and nature, and to implement the concerted development among society and economy and nature are the aim of construction of Xi'an eco-city. The construction of Xi'an eco-city is asustainable development process, which is long-term and in proper sequence, base on correct recognizing the actuality of Xi'an eco-system, the author put forward the countermeasure. To bring forth the individuality and culture charm is an importanttache of Xi'an eco-city's construction.
