A Study On The Urban Management Pattern In The Suburb Of Beijing

With the development of urban in the world, scholars both at home and abroad pay more and more attention to research on urban management pattern. Cities differ greatly in resources, population, levels of economic development & conditions and policies, by which the effective urban management pattern in this place are just like water off a duck's back in another one, that is to say, there is no one universal urban management pattern. However, as for laws and problems in the common characters arise from urban management, we must free ourselves from old ideas, be practical and realistic, study in a deep-going way to improve and perfect the public policies for urban management in suburbs of Beijing, by which we explore a path for urban management with a characteristic of Beijing in order to optimize the available suburb management. Thus, realizing the suburb management with scientific methods and development in good order, we will contribute to achieve a modernization as early as possible. In a word, to search on the urban management in suburb of Beijing in this paper is a need to reform the current urban management system and an effective means to improve the government management levels in the suburb of Beijing. As a result of the present literature retrieval, it is known that only a few papers proceed from urban management and urban management pattern to make an overall and systematic study of urban management. It has a profound theoretical and practical significance in this paper to select urban management pattern as an object of study. The paper expands on the topic of Urban Management Pattern of Suburb in Beijing and the technical route is: summarize literature -analyze cases —discover problems - resolve problems -put forward proposes. Bused on the relatively comprehensive analysis of urban management, the concept and connotation of urban management pattern, combination the analysis of real cases with a systematic study of characteristics and problems in urban management to propose ways and meanings of solving problems, an optimization plan of actual urban management pattern of suburb in Beijing is put forwarded in this paper.The main conclusion made by this study is:1. Indicating a methodology of study of present urban management pattern of suburb in Beijing.
