| This paper studied the general theory on quasi-market organization, gave a thorough analysis on financial organization system of China, and drew a conclusion that is developing quasi-market organization in financial area can improve the financial organization structure of China.First, from the angle of theory it explained the meaning of quasi-market organization, summarized its characters. Second, it studied the way of financial quasi-market organization developing in occidental countries, analyzed the developing trend of financial organization in the future. Third, the paper analyzed the necessary of developing quasi-market organization considered of the changes occurred in financial area recently. At last, it researched the organization structure in China financial area, and provided some thoughts on the way of forming quasi-market organization. |
