The article analyzes the investment climate of real estate industry in China, especially in Nanjing, and the market supply-and-demand situation in Nanjing, by using the real estate theory of economy, project management and financial management and marketing, and demonstrates that although the business office building in Nanjing was relatively inactivity lately it will have good prospects. It studies the technical feasibility of building the Jinghu Edifice by means of comparing and choosing of the construction's schemes, evaluating of environmental influence, analyzing of labor health and fire control, controlling of project executing schedule, etc. It also studies the financial feasibility by estimating the investment, the revenue and each financial target. Besides, it makes the scheme of marketing, by analyzing its SWOT, and demonstrates the necessary and feasibility for the purpose of offering the decision-making an available reference. |
