Real estate is one of the mainstays of urban economic development in Shenzhen. With the continuing development of the real estate market and westward movement of the city zone/limits, Louhu District, Futian District, and Nanshan District is becoming the real estate triangle in the market. According to the "Shenzhen Comprehensive Plan (1996-2010)," Longshen Garden will be located in the Tanlan Section, which lies north of the Nanshan District and west of the city of Shenzhen. As the real estate market takes upward mobility, it is the right time to start the Longshen Garden project now.Starting with the macroeconomic analysis of the real estate development in Shenzhen, this thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the city's real estate market, a study of the prospects and directions for development, and several schemes for economic market calculations and comparisons. The thesis will ultimately provide a solid basis for the development of Longshen Garden.
