Shell Resource in our country is a very important and special resource in the capital market at the present time. Many corporations have succeeded in recombining the listed company through using the shell resource efficiently. Also it makes some unlisted companies becoming listed companies.The dissertation was based on the recombining of shell resource, then analyzedseveral important participants--the owner of shell resource, the participant ofrecombining and government. Mainly, the dissertation analyzed the behavior of recombining, and so on. At the same time, the dissertation analyzed the shell resource recombining performance that through different recombining model. Researching the two group listed companies, one group is the listed company that have not changed its biggest shareholder, the other is the listed company that have changed. The dissertation analyzed the different performance of the two group listed companies through its five years' alteration of performance.I wish it can be reference in shell resource recombining in realism.
