Tobacco Industry, The Economic Evaluation Of Investment Projects And Decision-making Process Of Empirical Research

Investment project decision is the important thing that must be done well firstly in the process of projects investing. It needs to make estimation and decision on some questions that are ultimate of the investment project. Whether the decision of the investment project is nicety or not is directly affected that the investment project will be successful or failed, and is far-reaching affected the speed of the development of state economy and economic benefit of the enterprise. The economic appraisal of project is a practicably science that is used for the investment project decision. The economic appraisal of project comprises of enterprise financial appraisal and state economic appraisal.In this article we study in a practical method economic appraisal of project and investment project decision in the tobacco industry. With the characteristic of the tobacco industry, we use the research of the externality to do state economic appraisal. And with the combination of economic appraisal of project and investment project decision, we study through an example the application of economic appraisal of project in investment project decision.
