The value investment is the core problem of the stock market . Using the theories of Warren. E. Buffett, a world famous investment master , the author analyses automobile industry, especially Chinese car industry , and discovers that Chinese car stock companies having very big investment value, particularly Shanghai automotive co, ltd. This paper will use the theories of Warren. E. Buff ett and P/E model to analyses the value and risk of Chinese car stock companies, and helps investors to find a good buying price and a good buying chance.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part talks mostly about the theories of value investment. The second part analyses automobile industry especially Chinese car industry. The third part discovers the investment value of Chinese car stock companies. And the final part analyses the value of Shanghai automotive co, ltd. and gives the investors investment suggestion.
