Based on the fact of highway traffic and road transportation enterprise in China, application system analysis theory and means, the factor that it will affect on the traffic safety of road transportation enterprise is put forward. This paper analyzed the factor on qualitative analysis, combined the means of Delphi and optimum choice method, confirmed the main factors which evaluate the indexes about safety of road transportation enterprises. The paper applied the means of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), constructed the construction analysis model of each part of factors, adopted the combined objective and subjective comprehensive integration means and confirmed that each index possessed weighted of all of evaluation system. Through analyzing and comparing Gray system theory and fuzzy mathematics, decided to apply theory and means of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation to road transportation enterprises safety evaluation. Two-variable weighted method is applied to quantity dispose for index, constructed the math analysis model of road transportation enterprises comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, combined the example, the paper progressed the practice analysis confirmation. Cronbach a coefficient and Kendall coefficient of concordance are chosen to evaluate the evaluation reliability. Through confirmation, it has distinctness meaning, therefore, indicates that the road transportation enterprises safety evaluation index system has better internal- consistency.
