China Entered The Wto, Investment Banking, International Competitive Strategy Research

After China's entry into WTO, according to the General Agreement on Trade and Service and the new Finance Service Agreement, the first open financial industry is investment bank industry. Comparing with the investment bank industry of the developed countries, Chinese investment bank industry is still lying on the developing stage in the aspects of capital scale, technological level or international competition experience. On the basis of the specifically analysis of the international competition environment which Chinese investment bank industry should face to after China's entry into WTO, firstly, this paper points out the opportunities and challenges of the Chinese investment bank industry. Secondly, combining the competition factors the paper analyzes the industrial competitive capacity of the Chinese investment bank industry using the SWOT analytical method, and points out the problems and the problems' reasons during the industrial development. Finally, this paper reaches conclusions that Chinese investment bank industry should (1) make the industrial organizational strategy, industrial structure strategy, industrial technology strategy and industrial distribution strategy as it's development core; (2) progressively perfect it's law supervision system and improve the industrial competitive capacity.
