| There are many irregularities in the system of current agriculture real estate. To solve the issue, there are two main kinds of solutions in theory. One is to change the concept of ownership, and the other is to confer the Transaction of right to use collective land the means of real right. This article applies the history analysis means to find out the historical reason and realistic predicament of its formation, and on the base of considering several solutions, designs two ways to solve the relative issues of agriculture real estate. The first is that farmers collectively determine to how to realize the social function of agriculture real estate. The second is to establish " large agriculture real estate right " and embody the property nature of agriculture real estate. |
