Social Security Law For Reference And Legislative Construct

Social Security Law is an important branch in legal system of our country, and is a representative of social law. On basis of analyzing the conception, characteristic and legal theory of Social Security Law, the article analyses the formation and characteristic of six social security modes of the countries considered representative in the world. So it gives references for our legislation. Meanwhile, the article points to some problems in legislation basing of the legal situation, and analyses the practical and theoretic resources. It puts forward the legislation of social security both adapting to development of the market economy and fitting in with modern view is still a difficult problem under our undeveloped country. So the article tries to expound the principle, scheme and particular system of legislation. Through discussing from theory to practice, hope it can cause some beneficial references for Social Security Law's construction in our country.
