Study On The Legislation For China's Rural Social Security System

Scientific and reasonable social security system is one of the indispensable sectors to perfect socialist market economy as well as deal with problems of population ageing and family miniaturization. The social security for 800 million farmers is the most important of all. The new call to build harmonious socialist society, proposed at the 4th session of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, has attached more value and importance to China's rural social security.
