| The thesis researches some questions that block of well use of state-owned enterprises real estate, analyzes problem of policies and old property management methods, by HANJIANG GROUP, points out that big state-owned enterprises must build up new method with use of property resource and innovate the enterprise management.At first It tells the fundamental theories and china's real estate management system, at first comparing with the laws and polities about holding and housing in other countries. Then it comments the relationship between enterprises with country, organs and officials, analyzes the trouble with real estate of state-owned enterprises, include government system not fitting on surroundings, their benefit not ensured, (all holding ownership , state properly planning on property , all income from own holding ,how to fill on the demand of staff holding),points out the problems that companies must face up to . Following these theories and analyzes, it starts with real estate management of Hanjang Groap, such as location, condition, problem, tendency, it advances some suggests including strategy of real estate , persuading state , reforming management organization , reinforcing regulation . At last , the author posits some concrete ideas and schemes.This thesis, combining the methods of applying multidisciplinary and comprehensive research together with the approved analyses, base on changes of China's real estate polity and company outside condition .It mostly analyzes the troubles which appear when policies used and the problem with property management, Points out suggest after analyzing .
