With the development of high-tech, knowledge has become the most important factor in production. The significance of knowledge prompts human capital investment onto an important position. Human resource is the most vital factor for enterprise to win advantages in competition. Salary-motivation effect is becoming the most important part of human resource management. How to design scientific and reasonable salary structure and to realize its maximal effect is the necessary management means by which enterprises attract and hold talents as well as strengthen competitive capability.Real estate industry is characterized with great profit and stronger-becoming competition. Shanghai HuXiang Real Estate Group faces the arising pressure from the strongly competitive market and realizing the problem existing in their current human resources management operation, top management of this enterprise find it is necessary to set up a scientific and well-regulated human resources management system to attract and hold talents.Through studying of some salary structure theory and salary management paper, the author has taken both the characteristic of real estate human resources management and the actual situation of real estate enterprise into consideration, then has presented a diagnosis report for the human resources management of HuXiang real estate enterprise in this thesis.Based on the above diagnosis, this paper design salary system for HuXiang real estate enterprise. This proposal will discuss the theory, guiding principle, mode and structure of salary, relative salary standard, detailed salary plan for all positions, and etc.
