And it have made great contribution to the national economic development. But with the continuity of development, DUAN LIU BA oil field must proceed from objective reality of the oil field, pay more attention to solve and develop a great deal of contradictions in the course of development for its sustainable development and improving the final recovery ratio. This thesis analyze the developing conditions of DUAN LIU BA oil field at the background of its reality combining with oil field geological situation, the engineering level and economic situations. And it is the basement of the oil field' development and the potentiality study. It makes research about the economic characteristics, forms and analyse of cost of DUAN LIU BA oil field' development on the base of its economics benefit according to the analyse of economics benefit meaning, content and the question related. And it studys the developing effectiveness and the Fuzzy Judgement of oil reservoir' economic evaluation with the analyse of some relevant procedures, content of DUAN LIU BA oil field' technical and economic evaluation. At the same time It analyze its developing potentiality and the cause of its failing on the developing effectiveness. And it study excavating oil field' developing benefit. Then it proposes deepening its developing policy directions.
