Poverty eradication is a common task faced by human society and an important part of China's social and economic development.Poverty eradication is a global problem, which concerns social equity and social stability.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party has made poverty alleviation and development a key task in realizing the first centenary goal and incorporated it into the "four comprehensives" strategy. The relocation project is an important measure of targeted poverty alleviation under the new situation. As an important public policy implemented by China since the new century, the relocation of poverty alleviation in remote areas involves a wide range of people and is popular with many farmers in "old, young, border and poor" areas. The state has invested a large amount of human, financial and material resources in the relocation of many poverty-stricken households.Intuitively, the lives of these households have been greatly improved, including housing, transportation, drinking water, employment, medical care, children's education and other aspects. The benefit evaluation of poverty alleviation relocation can reflect the effect of targeted poverty alleviation policy more accurately. This paper USES the questionnaire survey, literature research, statistical analysis, comparison research method, according to the theory of ecological poverty, population migration theory,push-pull theory as the foundation, combing foreign related research conclusions about migration and domestic research literature about change of relocation for poverty alleviation, clearly defined poverty, accurately and the change of concept of relocation for poverty alleviation.Based on the statistical analysis of the field survey data of 21 villages in 4 towns,it is concluded that:(1)aid-the-poor relocation in yidi increases the average household income of the relocated households as well as the daily consumption expenditure;Relocation has provided better employment opportunities and environment for some households, but it has broken the survival mode of the households lacking labor force.Industrial poverty alleviation has achieved some results, but the employment drive is small; The income structure of moving households is unitary, and most of the family income comes from work;In the income structure of households that move from one place to another, the traditional farming and breeding income decreases, while the wage income and transfer income increase substantially, while other operating and property income increases slightly.(2)The relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas improved the housing conditions of the moving households, but the housing area decreased, and there was still a certain gap with the housing conditions of the poor households that had not moved, especially the moving households.Rural infrastructure has been improved in the process of poverty alleviation and relocation in inhospitable areas, but there is a certain gap in infrastructure construction between towns and townships. The relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas reduces theinteraction between moving households and their neighbors, but increases the interaction between moving households and their relatives.Poverty alleviation relocation in inhospitable areas has improved the medical and educational conditions of the moving households, but it is difficult to meet the needs of the moving households. The construction progress of cultural and entertainment is slow, and farmers' participation in cultural and entertainment activities is low.(3)it is difficult to withdraw the homestead in the relocated area, and the ecological recovery is slow; The living environment has been improved to a certain extent, but the industrial development has caused certain damage to the ecological environment. In this paper, some Suggestions are put forward: combining with the characteristics and willingness of farmers, the development of industrial support, that is,the selection of moving households should be determined from the perspective of long-term development of farmers;Strengthen farmers' understanding and participation in the relocation policy of poverty alleviation in the remote areas, and make the interactive relocation more efficient; To strengthen the construction of cultural and recreational facilities and activities to promote the integration of residents in the resettlement areas.
