Empirical Analysis Of China's Listed Companies To Withdraw Special Way

The route of withdrawing the listed companies from special treatment and the stability of this kind of change are studies in this dissertation. The theories about financial distress earning management and restructure indicate that a lot of efforts have been made to save the companies in dilemma. Based on the summing-up of reference papers at home and abroad, this dissertation find the causes, characters and the methods to withdraw from special treatment of listed companies. In the last part, six factors are selected to test the stability of the change happened in the sample companies. The result: The time is the point, if cancel ST is after the great asset recompose, and the outcome will remain stable; If not so, the outcome is not stable. And the extra analysis finds interesting results. The reliability of this study make it clear that giving some proposals on the system of special treatment and how to see the change in listed companies.
