Business Effect And Comparative Advantage Study Of Reorganized And Listed CTE

Based on the study of CTE (China Township Enterprise) development and its reorganizing & listing situation, the research mechanism, analysis and evaluation guideline system and methods of business effect and comparative advantage is set up about reorganized and listed CTE. From the point of view of controlling financial affairs, this paper puts forward some useful conclusions and measures of improving and transforming comparative advantage and promoting business effect. By analyzing the company basic characteristic, especially studying costs & profits analysis model of assets restructure, this paper gives guidance principles, methods and procedure of optimizing assets restructuring which can promote business effect of the company which plan to reorganize and go public. Because of combining theory applying with demonstration analyzing, and whole evaluating with emphases analyzing together, the methods and measures are more operatively. And they have great significance to promote CTE reorganizing and listing to improve "the second venture"of whole CTE.
