With the development of reformation beginning in 2000, Shandong Unicom has made a great improvement and attain an obvious achievement,forming a conspicuous corporate culture which manifest the trait of it self. The corporate culture will surely guide the company to make even more progress and be very meaningful to form the teamwork of the company ,enhancing the operation ability and solidarity of the corporation,and shaping the core competence eventually .Through rebuilding the corporate culture , reforming the conception and system of manangement or so , Shandong Unicom has experienced a process from experiential management to rational management and achieve cultural manangement finally. The corporate culture has played a significant role and generated interactional function in this process. As a subject , "The Science of Corporate Culture " has developped , from it beginning in 80s, approximately ,just 20 years. The reason why it appealed so much attention of academic circles is the precious vitality and the economic and social benefit it endow the corporation, even though, in many cases , the benefit tend to be hard to specify. The corporate culture virtually becomes the spiritual impetus which contribute to the operation of corporation. This article will gradually analyse and describe the Shandong Unicom's situation of development, expolit, and the content of corporate culture which has been formed from the reformation started in 2000. Especially, thoroughly surveying the corporate culture and teamwork of corporation, enhancing the intrinsic relation of the operation ability , solidarity,and forming the core competence, are all really important methods. Through these methods, we can search the appropriate corporate culture which can lead the corporation to make greater improvement. By the means of analysing the conception and system of management, the reformation and innovation of the operation process and service configuration,we are able to reveal various kinds of propulsion and interactional functions caused by corporate culture ,which play a crucial role in the process of experiential management to rational management , and then, culture management.
