Association Rules In Data Mining Research, Improved

For sharpening their competition, more and more enterprises focus their mind on informatization. The application of data mining origins from informatization of enterprises, and it means that scientific making-decision becomes the mainstream inside of enterprises and the improvement of enterprises' adaptability and Sensitivity.In the thesis, discuss and study the improvement of application of association rules, which is one of Data Mining functionalities; put forward data mining system solution and standard process in application of data mining.Introduction, I explain the cause and purpose of composing the thesis, introducing domestic and overseas development of Data Mining, and then placing emphasis on its' application of various fields.The second part I composed, narrating the inevitability of occurrence concerning Data Mining and then educing association rules, which is major content of the thesis. Association rules is one of Data Mining functionalities, it consists of Mining Single-Dimensional Boolean Association Rules, Mining Multilevel Association Rules, Mining Multidimensional Association Rules and From Association Mining to Correlation Analysis.Thirdly, according to foregoing content and analysis, I put forward suggestion for application of association rules, it consists of three parts. When we use Apriori rule to mine Single-Dimensional Boolean Association Rules, there are some problems, so that the first part is that improves efficiency of Apriori by importing some methods and tools; the second is about redundant problem, which we will encounter, when we mine Multilevel Association Rules. The third, based on Support and Confidence of association rules and Correlation Analysis, introducing a new variable- Correlation, it can improve the effectiveness and accurateness of application during mining association rules, at the same time, it also helps to further development in improvement of application of association rules.Fourthly, I draw a conclusion, which is derived from research on improvement of association rules, designing a Data Mining system solution, which contains an important outcome. I regard Data mining as a process of business, so that putting forward a standard process for Data Mining. At the end of this thesis; it contains the fruit of research and the problems data mining have to face and solve in the future, and what I am studying.
