Internet and information have become the important elements promoting the development of economy, which means that the era of Internet is coming. The Internet economy is a miracle in the history of economic development, because Internet can exploit the new market, decrease the cost and create value. And its development will determine the development of Internet corporations.With the development of Internet and E-commerce, China's Internet corporations are growing rapidly, and the Internet industry is becoming one of the most energetic industries. But China's Internet corporations have to face the crisis taken by managerial problems. The problems appear that the object and strategy is not clear, the supervisors are not qualified, the corporate culture is ignored, the staffs are not stable, the managerial principles are not perfect and the concept of competition and marketing is absent.To solve all of these problems, China's Internet corporations should do as the following. At first, pay more attention to the knowledge and intelligence. Secondly, strengthen the management of HR and corporate culture. Thirdly, reengineer the organization structure to flat framework. Fourthly, develop new marketing channels and combine them with the traditional channels. In the end of the paper, it is presented that the management of Internet corporations are different from the management of others, but the Internet corporations must cooperate with the traditional corporations to find a way to grandness.
