Nokia's excellent performance in China's market has attracted many people's eyes, including scholars and managers. More and more people began to show interest in the "Xing Wang" model, which is a brandnew concept. In this model, human resources, information flow and products are integrated together, and optimum resource allocation has been realized. The author tried to find out how trust comes into form and how trust can influence the operating of logistics management of "Xing Wang" model. The author also wants to promote the model to a even wider degree, in order to benefit both Chinese small and middle size firms cluster and Korean clusters. The graduate dissertation originated from a long time ago. First, in 2001 the author had visited Nokia factory, which impressed him deeply. Second, in December of 2003, the author participated in the first round "Scientific Research of Graduate School of UIBE", choosing the topic "The Formation and Maintaining of Trust in Cluster—"Xing Wang" Model Research". Third, the author felt lucky enough to work in Nokia since March of this year. All these experiences offered the author enough materials and deep understanding of the operation and concepts of "Xing Wang" model. As a kind of invisible resource, the importance of trust is usually neglected by most managers. Actually trust is rare, invaluable, costly to imitate and nonsubstitutable, which guaranteed it to be the core competence of one company according to the strategic expert Michael Hitt. And then trust can be the sustainable competitiveness. From this perspective, the author tried to find out the mechanism of how trust can influence both the cluster and the core activities of logistics management. Scholars from home and abroad have paid lots of attention to cluster research, but research focusing on the mechanism of trust is rare, let alone research on cluster composed of a supply chain.During the process of materials collecting and articles reading, the author tried to refine the 6 factors of the formation of trust in cluster: complete preparation, joint investment, historical transaction, enterprise reputation, common objective and communication. After the formation of trust, it can strengthen the creation capability of cluster, improve the flexibility of decision, improve the cultural commitment among member enterprises, reduce the tendency to leave the cluster of member enterprises and decrease various kinds of expenses and cost. The great influence of trust on cluster can also help improve the logistics management of cluster, including more customer satisfaction, above-average returns and sustainable competitiveness.
