The paper analyzes the current operation procedure and presents some faults in the management. The paper presents a suggestible system project and the latter ERP implement plan and crisis precaution according to the fact. The intention of the paper is to present a feasible suggestion and direction about the future information development for the company.Firstly, the author discuss the feasibility of the ERP implementation in company then points to the two major factors restricting the development of the company-the low sale and the unpunctual delivery. The conclusion is made that the two problems can be resolved by the ERP system after the factor analysis. Then, the unreasonable parts are pointed after the analysis of the current operation procedure and the new operation procedure suit for the ERP system requirement is also made out. The several parts which need to be improved are pointed according to the current hard and soft resources of the company. In the latter part of the paper, the instructional implement plan of the ERP and the correlative crisis precaution are presented according to the company condition.It is concluded that it is not suitable for the company to select a ERP software from the market to implement because of the special method of material use. The cost control is more important in the process of the ERP implement and the key is to make full use of the spare carbon textile.
