Study On Problems Of Implement College Student Village Official Plan In Datian County Fujian Province

After college enrollment expansion, the number of college graduates has increased year by year. The nationwide number of college graduates reach to727million in2014. There are more and more pressure on college graduates employment. Competition for jobs in big cities is fierce. On the contrary, countryside is short of talents. In order to solve the problems of employment of college graduates and shortage of talents in countryside, the Communist Party of China and the government launched college student village official plan to guide students to serve in rural areas. In this background, college student village official plan have gradually extended throughout the country. In1995, the Feng county of Jiangsu Province carried out the "Little Eagle Project". It’s the first time to recruit college students to serve in rural areas. In2008, the Organization Department of CPC Central Committee and other departments decided to use five years hiring100,000college student village officials to serve the villages.
