I do think that incentive is affected by many factors, and the results are reflected by the objects. In this paper, we just focus on the factors which can be controlled by the enterprises. And the results on work is different, and different people or the same individual will have different feelings himself about them. So it is a motional incentuve principles to the differences.This article deals with concerned concepts and characteristics about effective products and sales staff, and it sums up the incentuve theory, sales management theory and the theory of sales staff management, and it also has given a very good summary to research about the incentive to effective sales staff and the weak points. According to experts' advice and questionnaires, we have an analysis through SPSS softoware in the ways of AHP and ANOVA. According to the results, we have given thesuggestions and advice. Finally. The article takes JQ Company as an example, some incentuve improving targets and advice have come out according to the circumstances. The research results are as follows:(1) The abilities of sale staff affect their achievement greatly. Benefit incentuve is not so obvious, so to encourage the development of their ability is more important.(2) Different periods in the growth, sale staff will have great sensitive feelings about incentive. So a combination of clynomic incentive should be set up according to their existence ,growth and mature periods.(3) During the existence, what the effective staff need is to be helped and trained in their work. During the growth period, they pay attention to their welfare. During the mature period, what they like is that their welfare, their salaries, their promotion space and their support and help in work.(4) The average education of the effective sales staff is high, and they are full of ideals. They value their own development.. To set up various career planned steps can help design their personal plans. The writer offers countermeasures and advice about the staff's promotion system and their positions provided.(5) The establishment of consultant system guarantees to the dynomic incentive, which can ensure the practice of encourage means to improve the results.
