The pressure from circumstances requires all the entrepreneurs enhance their abilities to deal with the changing business environment continuously. Along with the development of the circumstances, any of the entrepreneurs have to monitor and control their compensation system in time, and it is most important for them to carry out compensation system diagnoses as an daily managing function.The research sum up the key diagnostic point from the well-round production, distill the diagnostic dimensionality according to the compensation objectives frame. Trying to combine compensation diagnoses and salary survey,the papers express the dimensionality with survey items to assure the running of compensation system in monitor.The papers put emphasis on the entrepreneurs diagnostic dimensionality,that is key negative influence factor,make a conclusion in salary survey project and include five parts,that is researching thoughtway summarization,compensation diagnoses relevant research review, diagnostic dimensionality distill, diagnostic dimensionality parting and the epilogue. Providing operable diagnostic dimensionality and relevant information for entrepreneurs in orde to put compensation system diagnoses into practice is the key problem this thesis point to.
