Luoyang Petrochemical Plant Survey And Diagnostic Reports

The paper is an investigation report on SINOPEC Lou Yang Petrochemical Corporation (LYPCC). In order to have international competence, SINOPEC had to carry out internal reconstruction. As one of a subsidiary company of SINOPEC, LYPCC has implemented it, which resulted in the separation of main businesses and assistant businesses. The present LYPCC is the main body of assistant businesses. Without the support of main businesses, LYPCC will confront the great challenge of survival in the future.Out of twenty-two companies of present LYPCC, seven typical and scaled companies that offer services for production and daily life of employees were selected as the major subject of investigation. After the survey on the situation of business, ownership, organization, human resources management and financial reports of the seven companies, the sticking out and common problems existing in LYPCC was found.
