Ownership Structure And Corporate Governance Of Listed Companies

Stock market can reflect the whole economy of one country, meanwhile the quality of listed company influences the development level of stock marcket. As for our country, to improve current level of stock marcket, we must improve the corporate governance of listed companies. The base of corporate governance is ownership structure, on the other words, listed company's ownership structure has nature connection with its corporate governance. It is not a long time for our stock market from the beginning stage to current level, but this market has shown its great fanction. On this background, the deeply research to the relationship between ownership structure and corporate governance is meaningful.This paper discussed the relationship between ownership structure and corporate governance from several aspects. The First part introduced the history of relative research, and in China, the relative research has become the focus of people's attention. Then the second part discussed the concept of ownership structure and corporate governance separately, and analyzesed the relationship between ownership structure and corporate governance. The third part talked the whole condition and \yeak points of our current stock market. Through the newest dada, the forth part analyzesed the influence which the ownership structure takes upon the corporate governance. Finally, based on the above discussion, the author gave her own opinion and suggestion.
