The establishment of Right of the realclaim system not only can promote the connection of the Chinese law circle and the world law circle, but also can improve the Chinese law system. So we must establish a perfect Right of realclaim system in a short time, though we are weak at it. this article aims at resolving the question : " how to establish Right of realclaimsystem?"Though some theories in the article are not yet well considered, I still hope that it can do something help to the establishment of the Right of realclaim system.
