The CPC's Ideological And Political Education Work In The Party During Yan' An

Inner-party ideological and political education in Yanan period was promoted vividly and successfully, which is very important in the history of ideological and political education. During this period, it cultivated Yanan spirit, made it clear that ideological and political education is the lifeline of other work, formed fine educational tradition, trained a lot of revolutionary cadres and outstanding party members who had both ability and integrity, enriched experience and theory which laid the solid foundation to inner-party ideological and political education after People's Republic of China had been founded. Discussion on the history of inner-party ideological and political education in Yanan period is of momentous current significance and far-reaching historical significance.Under modern theory of ideological and political education, this paper not only analyses the contents and methods of inner-party ideological and political education in Yanan period, but also sums up the peculiarities and significance. On this foundation, the paper probes into some inspirations about how to inherit and develop of Party's fine tradition and style, how to strengthen and improve inner-party ideological and political education, and enhance ruling ability of Communist Party of China.
