| Some people advocate that academic research and politics should be keep distance from each other. The Party's work style building theory research is disdained by some scholars especially. But it's no vitality to keep apart from politics willfully for academics. The CPC is governing, party. The Party's work style concerns Party's figure, Party's life and Party's exist and death. Therefore, we must focus on the Party' work style building and explore the path of it from theory and practice.During the exploring, the first question that I had met is how to understand the essence of the Party's work style. For some time, some people have followed the beaten track of historical idealism because they had only regarded the Party's work style as world outlook. Contrarily, it's true that social environment decides the Party's work style, however, world outlook only effect it. This is materialism about the Party's work style.In view of the above-mentioned facts, this article opens up a new field of vision for the Party's work style building on the path of ecology according to the ways of theory and practice, dialectical materialism and historical materialism.This article is made up of six parts. In the first four parts, the writer analyze political ecology, economical ecology , social stratum and social structure 'ecology and culture ecology about the Party's work style building in contemporary China. The writer summarize the ecology relation between the Party's work style building and the social environment. It's argument basis to explore the path of the Party's work style building. In the last two parts, the writer analyze the path choice of the Party's work style building on this basis. One of the path choices is to optimize the social ecology system. The other is to optimize the Party's work style building system. The vilality of the Party's work style building lies in the win-win state for the two systems which is in benign interdynamic and ecology balance. |
