Study On Optimizing The Political Ecology Within The Party By Building The Family Style Of Leading Cadres

In recent years,with the development of strict party governance in an all-round way,the political ecology within the party has greatly improved.However,a few leading cadres' bad family traditions have led to the spread of decadent and backward ideas in the party,and the frequent rise of corruption has seriously polluted the political ecology within the party.In the report of the 19 th CPC national congress,general secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward: “Every member of the Party must hold the Party Constitution in great reverence,act in strict accordance with the code of conduct for intraparty political life under new circumstances,and make intraparty activities more politically oriented,up-to-date,principled,and effective.We must guard against the rules of business dealings eroding intraparty conduct,and foster a healthy political atmosphere of integrity within the Party.” Therefore,it has become an urgent and realistic subject to optimize the political ecology within the Party through the construction of leading cadres' family style.The family style of leading cadres in the new era integrates the contents of excellent family culture,red family style and core values,and has the characteristics of political nature,advancement and demonstration.The inner-party political ecology is the core part of the whole political ecological system,which plays a decisive role in the formation of national political ecology and social political ecology.The internal relations between the construction of leading cadres' family traditions and the optimization of the political ecology within the party are embodied as consistent goals,consistent subjects and consistent effects.The construction of leading cadres' family traditions and the optimization of inner-party political ecology are integrated under a specific background.In particular,since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the political ecology within the party has been faced with such problems as vulgarization of political life,improper selection and employment,and persistent corruption.The significance of leading cadres' family style construction has gradually become prominent,and it has become the key cornerstone of tempering morality,an important defense line against corruption and a banner leading social fashion.With the all-round development from strict party governance to in-depth development,it provides an opportunity for leading cadres to optimize the political ecology within the party.The construction of leading cadres' family traditions has important values for the construction of political ecology in the party,such as cultivating the moral character of leading cadres,cultivating the sense of identity of political culture within the party,regulating the order of political life within the party,and promoting the effective operation of the political system within the party.Based on the investigation of two typical cases of “Zhou Yongkang corruption case” and “Su Rong corruption case”,it find that the leading cadres' improper family traditions lead to the prevalence of “circle culture”,the family members' impurity leads to the serious phenomenon of privileges,the dirty family atmosphere leads to the corruption of the family,and the absence of family tradition system monitoring leads to the alienation of power and other ways to infuse the political ecology within the party.In order to optimize the political ecology within the party,we can start from the following aspects: firstly,leading cadres should cultivate themselves and exert the role of the “key minority” within the party;Secondly,we should make good family rules and family maxims,carry out self-examination of family traditions,and promote the serious norms of political ecology within the party by improving the way of strict family governance.Thirdly,it is necessary to establish an excellent family culture to promote the health and cleanness of inner-party political culture by absorbing nutrients from marxist theory,excellent traditional culture,family traditions of revolutionary ancestors and core values.Finally,investigate the construction of family customs of cadres,improve the selection and appointment system,open up the family customs of cadres,improve the information disclosure system,carry out the accountability of family customs of cadres,improve the accountability mechanism within the party,strengthen the supervision of family customs of cadres,improve the supervision mechanism within the party,and so on.These ways guarantee the construction of the leading cadre family trait,such as promoting the party,perfecting the institutional system.
