Study On Optimizing The Political Ecology Within The Party From The Perspective Of The Construction Of The Party Conduct

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and with the support of the people of the whole country as one mind,the Communist Party of China has not forgotten its original ideals and aspirations,kept its mission in mind,adhered to problem-oriented thinking,comprehensively promoted strategic decision-making arrangements for strict administration of the Party,solved problems existing within the Party,and built stronger political parties to better meet the challenges and difficulties of the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that to strengthen party building,there must be a good political ecology,and the inner-party political ecology is the motive source of the party’s vigorous vitality.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has continuously strengthened its own construction,experienced different periods such as revolution,construction and reform,and enriched and developed the theory of inner-party political ecological construction,which provides a theoretical basis and valuable experience for the party building in the new era.The inner-party political ecology has been destroyed repeatedly since the reform and opening up.Although the overall inner-party political ecology has well since the strict administration of the party in an all-round way,there are still some party members and cadres who still commit crimes against the wind and try the law with their own body,which makes the inner-party political ecology a mess.Therefore,strengthening the inner-party political ecological construction is one of the important tasks that the inner-party urgently needs to advance under the new era situation.Strengthening the construction of inner-party political ecology is a systematic project and an important content of strict administration of the party.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress proposed that we should strengthen the construction of the Party from six dimensions:politics,ideology,organization,style,discipline and system.The style of the Party is a barometer of the political ecology within the Party,and the construction of the style of the Party is the basic guarantee of the construction of the political ecology within the Party.Therefore,from the perspective of strengthening the Party’s style construction,this paper puts forward methods and strategies to strengthen the inner-party political ecological construction from five aspects:ideological style,style of study,work style,leadership style and life style.On the eve of the centenary of the Communist Party,a settlement The problems and contradictions existing within the Party and the creation of an inner-party political ecology with a clear spirit play an important and positive role in consolidating the ruling position of the Party,enhancing the Party’s combat effectiveness,completing the first hundred-year plan and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.
