China's Ideological And Political Work In The Operating Mechanism Of The Human Capital Research

With the advent of intellectual economy, human capital is playing more and more vital role in the economic and social development. The ideological and political work regards people as the working target, and regards the improvement of people's quality as the working purpose. It must be an important tool, which participates in the accumulation of human capital and effective running. Then, through the ideological and political work to accomplish effective running of human capital, on one hand, is the objective demand of enterprise's development, on the other hand, is an important method of improving the validity of the ideological and political work in enterprises. Based on the analysis of human capital running mechanism in enterprise's ideological and political work, this paper proposes the method on how to operate the running mechanism in our country and tries to give some valuable advices on how to improve the enterprise's ideological and political work in our country from a new angle. This paper is divided into three parts mainly: In chapter one, it first analyzes the relevant theory of ideological and political work and human capital running and expatiates the historical inevitability of the research. Then, through the analysis to this two theory's joints, it demonstrates the feasibility of the research from the self-specialty of the two facts. This chapter emphasizes the demonstration and clarification on theory; In chapter two, on the basis of analyzing about the mode of human capital at first, it constructs the mode of human capital running in the ideological and political work. It is the research base and frame for the construction of the running mechanism. On this foundation, this chapter analyzes the human capital running mechanism in the ideological and political work, and puts forward six major mechanisms of the human capital running in enterprise's ideological and political work. It has carried on concrete analysis and research to every mechanism from the definition of the theory and demand for construction.
