In the21st century China to become an international power, need to depend on the development of the enterprise, but the development of the enterprise, cannot leave the enterprise brand culture of competition between. The enterprise brand culture, as in the new historical period to create advanced socialist culture this great system engineering an important part of the construction, it is the top priority. At present, we should take scientific development important guiding thought as the basis, give full play to the ideological and political work, as economic work and all the work of the other "lifeline"political advantage. Will the ideological and political work of enterprises into the role of enterprise brand culture construction, and draw the essence of the advanced enterprises in the world, combined with the advantages of its own, unique characteristic of the construction of Chinese enterprise brand culture.In this paper, the marxist theory, the reference as the predecessor’s research achievements, using the theory with practice, comparative analysis, chart analysis, normative analysis and example analysis method for scientific research, this paper gives the ideological and political work of enterprises in the brand culture construction in an important role.Through the thought political work, the enterprise culture construction, the brand culture construction of three intrinsic relationship, show that enterprise ideology political works for our country enterprise brand culture construction to provide effective services and ensure the implementation of the correct way to development direction.This paper points six parts.
